Bell's Oatsmobile and Rodenbach Grand Cru

2 recent standouts for me:

1.) Oatsmobile: very surprised by the body. Obviously the oats are helping out here. Great hop flavor and aroma. Just enough bite to let you know it's a pale, but smooth enough to drink a few in a row. Just an excellent beer. No fruity hops to be had here. Seems like a mix of American C hops.

2.) Grand Cru: nice and tart up front. Cranberry like almost. Very refreshing aftertaste. Tartness doesn't linger. Sweet aroma. All in all a great beer. Was mot disappointed.

The Oat ale was pretty good at the cafe when they were working on it. 4% ABV back then. I like the new version, but it can have a little cat pee according to my wife.

Mosaic, Equinox and Glacier are what they name.

I love the occasional Grand Cru. It is truly an excellent beer.
