Gotta give a shout out to one of my local favorites who just had a nice write up in the Boston Globe:

If you are in the Portsmouth, NH area (which basically means if you are in New England...yes everything is that close), definitely make a plan to stop by.
I can also give you recommendations for several other places around as well. Tod Mott's place, Tributary Brewing is right across the bridge in Kittery, ME. Tod is famous for Kate the Great Imperial Stout (now called Mott the Lesser) and the creator of Harpoon IPA back in the day.
Cheers!

Thanks for the tip! Next time we head up to KTP or to visit our friends in Somersworth I'll have to talk my wife into making an extra stop or two.

My buddy and local owner of our homebrew shop went on a little 2 wk trip through New England and stopped at a ton of breweries and pubs. He raved about Earth Eagle and had some great pics to boot. Said it was a true hidden gem...
