Single tier brewing sculpture built using Lonnie Mac's Brutus 10 plans.
TIG welded 304 stainless steel (.120) frame with heavy duty casters.
Nema 4 electrical encloser with water proof illuminated switches and dual LOVE controllers.
Two brass MARCH pumps
High volume plate heat exchanger
Three Tejas Smoker's jet burners
This is a brand new build - all components tested for proper operation but never brewed on! No expense was spared and no corners were cut during build. Frame could be polished to a mirror finish if you so desire?
