This is a recipe that I found in a NB thread. I don't know much about recipe formulation but this seemed pretty safe and easy. However, it calls for 1# of Crystal 30L but my shop only had 40L. I am wondering if the 1# of 40L is appropriate? I also have 1# of 15L that I could substitute or mix with the 40L. The 2row, munich and vienna are already mixed but the crystals are separate.
I understand that Nugget is somewhat spicey and I wouldn't mind a little extra sweetness to offset this but I also like my IPA's fairly dry.
I am also interested in any opinions regarding the hop schedule.
