Looking at the Inkbird control probes. Am curious about the difference between the models. Primarily between the 306 and 310 I think. Or any other options that would be a good candidates. Will be using it on a freezer to create a fermentation chamber.

The 306 is heating only, the 310 is heating and cooling. According to Amazon that is.

I've been using the ITC 308, it has heating and cooling modes, It's very easy to use.
I also purchased a thermowell to go along with it, the probe fits right down inside of it.
All together was around $55. Perfect for my budget.

I use the 308 too.  I think they have introduced a new model with a 12" probe too for people who want to dip the probe in the beer through a hole in the top of the FV.
