I hear a loud violent hissing sound from my garage yesterday. This lasted for about 1 minute. When the hissing sound stopped I looked in the garage and saw that my backup tank that is stored outside of my kegerator was covered in ice and had suddenly and loudly discharged all of the Co2. What failed? When I look at the tank I don't see anything that looks defective.
Should I bring the tank to the place that refills it for me? Would they be able to ensure me that it won't suddenly discharge again?
If I had be close to the tank I think I could of been injured.
