Malts & Grain Suppliers
« on: July 06, 2016, 08:56:06 am »
Hi all, I am a home brewer in San Clemente, Ca. and I am looking for a great grain supplier for the home brewing I do.  I love to try others recipes and makes small tweaks but my local guys here in Ca. don't have all of the grains I need.  Any suggestions for me on websites that carry a plethora of grains for reasonable prices and in stock?

I use great fermentation, Midwest Supplies and Northern brewer but always looking for better deals, faster deliveries etc.

Thank you
Brewing is all I ever think about!

I like MoreBeer and Adventures in Homebrewing although MoreBeer is the closer shop for you in CA.

My buddy that lives in Orange County likes the Baker Street Costa Mesa shop a lot. What are you looking for specifically that they do not have?

He also goes to another shop north of him. I think it's Phantom, but not sure.

How about Morebeer?

I prefer to get most of my stuff locally, but do get some stuff from Morebeer which has a bunch of grains that my LHBS doesn't carry.

I like Rebel Brewer because they're close to me. Williams Brewing might be good for you.

The OP was in San Clemente CA, Morebeer has a store in Riverside CA. Not as far from him as some others mention.
