Definitely Van Eck and Struise.  Went there in 2014 for the hop festival.

Thanks. All the traveling around Europe drinking beer makes me jealous. Of course, I get to do some of that in the US.   Maybe I need to add a challenge next time I am on the road.

Slight exaggeration :) Within a 40 miles radius from where I live I can visit Bosteels, Westmalle, De Koninck, 3F, Cantillon, Boon, Duvel, Het Anker, De Proefbrouwerij, etc.

[EDIT] Plus fool around with more than a quarter of the world production of beer ;)

Tripel Karmeliet, soooo nice. Love that stuff. I have that glass but I'd love the experience of drinking it on site. Belgian beercation = bucket list.
