I make raspberry lambic vinegar, my girlfriend traps fruit flies with it.

Upper: InBev pils
Middle: raspberry lambic vinegar
Lower: redcurrant cider

I can smell a fortune coming my way!

You'll need to barrel age it with vanilla and blueberries and release it to limited release parties to really capture that #newmoney.

The raspberry lambic has been ruined by fruit flies, and now it's coming back to haunt and hunt them!

That was my question. Sorry to hear it - that's a lot of time invested for vinegar. Damn flies!

Didn't make the lambic myself. Bag-in-a-box from Girardin (this was more than a year ago). One half with cherries, other with raspberries. The cherry half was very good. Apparently raspberries are very sensitive, the big lambic brewers also have problems with them. The vinegar was very good, most of it is gone now.
