Agree with Jon, that sink and prep area is awesome, need to get rid of the old paint stained plastic "slop" sink in my basement for one like yours

I hear you, for more than 11 years I've brewed in the garage, with a majority of that just using a cooler and keg-kettle setup, but I moved and had an extra room behind the garage that just screamed brewery.

Awesome man! Looks great. Keep posting pictures as you make progress.

I am in and out of the garage to the laundry room where the sink is. Once I can get the sink in the garage I will be in business.

I recently put in a sink in my new basement brewery and it's the best thing.  It's really helped being able to clean at that height.  It moves up on my list of brewery enhancements people should do.  Just makes brewing that much more enjoyable.

Yayaya.  I like that I can fit a 20gal kettle in fairly easily.

Not perfect but good for me.

What's glycol ;)

Glycol is a cooling fluid. So you would have a glycol chiller and the you would distribute this fluid to the fermenters with cooling jacket.
