Digging potatoes, washing, slicing on a mandolin, soaking in cold water, drying, frying in batches, draining grease, frying in batches again, draining, and salting is not the easiest way to snack on potato chips, but its the best!

Here that would be sea salt and a lobster roll. I'll stick with the pils.

   The closest thing to seafood around these parts is Rocky Mtn. Oysters, which with your chips and some beers would make a spanking good breakfast.

FWIW, the wife and I went to the local brewpub for dinner...I opted to pass on the soft-shell crab in favor of the seafood boil. Which was excellent, my dad's family is from Massachusetts, tasted just like my grandmother's seafood boil.
