So just an update with my kegging.

Over the weekend I had some of my neighbors come by and give the two brews a taste. The keezer worked great and both brews were well carbonated and tasted great. (The overall opinion was the Oktoberfest was better than the Honey Ginger Lager.)

Thanks much for the help in this thread. One last question I had was is there a good way to test the carbonation of the beer outside of just pouring it and seeing? I think I got it carbonated enough, it was under C02 for two weeks, but I was wondering if there was a way to be sure.

Frequent sampling is the only way I am aware of.
