I want to brew a Belgian Dubbel (I think).  My out-in-BFE-in-Hermiston-Oregon dictates that dry yeast works best for me.  Anyone have any experience with these yeasts.  (in no preference order)

-  Mangrove Jack's M27 Belgian Ale

-  Mangrove Jack's M41 Belgian Ale

-  Mangrove Jack's M47 Belgian Abbey

-  Lallemand Abbaye

-  other suggestions
Many of us would be on a strict liquid diet if it weren't for pretzels.

I havent used the Belgian strains whatsoever but I have been happy in general with the Mangrove Jack yeasts that I have used.

Don't use M27 for a dubbel, in my opinion it's a saison yeast.  I made a dubbel with it once, and it just tasted weird.

I'm also a dry yeast user, and IME the Abbaye is a little too attenuative for a dubbel. Haven't used any of the others.
