Well it's about time!  I cry a little bit harder every day I see the "Nada" under burbling....

And Denny, what the heck is going on?!?  Maybe the AHA is working you guys a little too hard!  :o

I'm brewing another club barrel project this weekend.  We'll be filling a French Oak Merlot barrel with a big stout.  Hopefully some of that winey/oakiness comes through!

You're telling me!  I've got 4 kegs set aside for my wife's b'day party next weekend, and I'm praying there are some leftovers!

Berliner Weisse right now

Running it off into a bucket
Covering it for a few days while we go away camping.
When we get home I'll put it in a carboy and throw some US-05 at it

Guy in the club made one using this method and the beer is tremendous

Well, this one should be ready by then.  I like to err on the side of caution.   ;)

Nothing brewing this weekend.  I will be bottling my first batch of "Mad Scientist Amber Ale" Monday Night.  Eventually I'll learn to have two going at once or as I'm bottling one work on another.  I may need to buy stock in bottles though.  Until I brew again, I will be working on improving my fermenter and getting a bigger brew pot.

Too Late for you...ha ha ha ha ha.....you are BITTEN....you need to buy a Keg setup and stop messing with bottles...

when you do, life gets easier....plus you can always bottle from the keg.
