NY southern tier

Just wondering if any one around knows of any clubs in the Western NY. I have searched for a few on the forum but I don't think they are active. If any one from the area could be of assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

There are several very active clubs in the Western NY area.
Check out UNYHA in Rochester, NY.
Niagara Association of Homebrewers and Sultans of Swig in Buffalo/Niagara Falls.
North Chautauqua Homebrewers in Dunkirk/Fredonia area.
All of these have great members and brewers in them, including a few nationally ranked judges and NHC medal winners.

Thank you for your reply and information. I have looked into those clubs but the are too far from me. I am about 1 1/2 hours south of Rochester and probably 2 hours from buffalo. I guess I should have been more specific in my question that is my fault. I am very close to the PA border. I am close to Hornell NY, I don't know if anyone knows where that is but I figured it would better help narrow the search. I have consider seeing if there is interest to start a club in my immediate area but don't have the time right now.

How far are you from Erie, PA? Guarantee that there are some brewclubs there.

IMperry9, check out the Alfred/Almond Homebrewers Guild. Very close!
We're on Facebook, search
Andover/Alfred area Hombrewers Guild
It's a pretty loose group, but I'm looking to develop it further in the near future.
Cheers

There is a smaller club in the southtowns (Hamburg) called Das Hausbrauers. You can find info here on the WNY Brews podcast site.

We are active and have monthly meetings.
