Hi, the link isn’t working for me. Does it need updating?

That is an amazing resource.  I have read many of the papers referenced on your site over the years, but to have that much information consolidated in one place is a huge asset to the brewing community.

The link appears to be dead or broken. Maybe this post should be unpinned?

Actually, the link was updated in this post. Refer to reply#16 above. I can confirm that the link is still working for me.

After discussing it this morning, Bryan and I have decided to release the archive of materials that we share on Google Drive with all of the members here. The folder currently contains 3 subfolders: Technical Papers, Academic Papers and Excel Spreadsheets.

The Low O2 Brewing Spreadsheet is there, the Low O2 Quick Reference Spreadsheet is there and I have included a convenient Bavarian Specifications Spreadsheet I threw together as well.

We will be adding to this folder now that it's out there and if you feel there is something you'd like to see added, feel free to post it here for inclusion.

We hope this will serve as a great resource for those with an interest in deeper subjects related to brewing science.

Enjoy!

For some reason I can't get the linbk to work so I could bookmark it.
