I rebrewed the wit yesterday.  No calcium chloride and reduced lactic acid.  We'll see how it comes out.

Brewed a CAP,too, and it's the first brew to go into my lagering fridge with temp control.  Cooled over night and pitched this am.  First time for that, too.  Woo hoo!!

How did the second attempt at the wit go?  I am just getting into water adjustments with PM and this might explain a few things from my only attempt at it.

It came out great.  Almost perfect, except I think that the amount of coriander was too much.

Regardless, I didn't get the weird finish I had on the last one.  Same with the CAP, which came out excellent.  No weird flavors at all.

I think I used about 1/2 of the amount of lactic as previous and no salts at all.
