Yes sir, I noticed that too.
What about filling a 5 gal keg with 3 gal? Too much head space?

You just use a little more co2 than you would with a 3 gallon keg

So my "table ale" turned out great. I bottled on the 13th and I opened one tonight.
Great tast, and imo perfectly carbonated.
It's been a while since I used T-58, I forgot how much banana it throws off.
It's a Belgian style ale but reminds me of vitus.
