I now only have 2 fermenters, but they are drained and filled weekly. Ask anyone who knows me I brew a minimum of once a week, EVERY week.
Sigh...back in the day, I could also say that because I had lots of broke-thirsty-college-student friends to help drink the beer.  Today, if I brewed all the beer that I would like to, I would be too drunk to brew and my liver would be going south fast!  :(

No doubt!  Staying healthy only enables one to enjoy more beer down the road!

I only have 1- half liter glass with dinner while cooking every night, never more, usually less. Its my reward for working out. I brew for a lot of people(about 15 different taps on rotation), and those people all have different tastes so thats how I get my variety. If it was me, I would just make pale lagers and call it a day.

I never aerate my starters and they do just fine...That said...I stopped aerating with an O2 tank and a medical regulator for about 4 batches...they were fine in the end...just took a longer to finish...I'm aerating...
