Palisade Hops
« on: July 09, 2010, 04:22:10 pm »
I have recently been given a pack of Palisade hop pellets from HopUnion. Has anyone every brewed with these before or know anything about them? I tried looking on the Hop character wheel from Brewing Classic Styles and it wasn't even listed. They have an alpha of 7.8%

I use them quite a bit. Mostly for bittering. I like it and keep on buying them. Many of my best recipes use them.
