I am planning on a 10gal California Common and splitting it into two fermentors.  One with cranberry in secondary and other standard.  I have never used a lager yeast with fruit.  Any suggestions/comments to look out for?

I'm not sure what I'll brew.  Maybe Mocktoberfest?  Maybe a Belgian?

Bottling a saison brewed the Wyeast French Saison yeast. That strain sure does attenuate like crazy.

Jam, traffic jam how I hate to be late
Hurts my motor to go so slow damn this traffic JAM!

Homebrewers Jamboree is getting close, need to get brewing for that!

So

10 gallons of Imperial Black Ale (Darkness IPA) Saturday
and
10 gallons of a Rye/Wheat, hopped to the roof at flameout
or
Dry stout

I gotta see if I can get my hands on the Rye.
Jeff

On draught:
IIPA, Stout, Hefeweizen, Hallertau Pale Ale, Bitter

Primary:
Hefeweizen,Berliner Weisse, Mead

Brewing an amber or IPA and something with elderflowers for the wife. I've got an interesting recipe but no idea how it will taste. She likes St Germain liqueur so I figured I'd give it a whirl. Only 3 gallons, in case it's gross.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

Nothing on tap for this weekend. I have a three batches on my living room table to rack, but the wife had the nerve to go into labor, so camping out at the hospital until or lil one decides she wants to come out and brew with Daddy! I missed this month's Beer Club meeting too, told the wife that should be true evidence of my love for her.

No brewing this weekend. Trying to play catch up from the last two weekends of brewing.

Kegging my APA and making a starter for my Vienna Lager.

Good luck!  Hope the labor doesn't last too long.  I'll be in the same position in a week or so.  Trying to get all the fermenters filled up before then  ;)

Yeah, we're likely going a bit early as well.  The plan was to brew again on 7/24 but I'll probably need to postpone that one.  I'll be doing a New Baby Barleywine as my first brew session after he shows up.

Hopefully those kegs are filled up for you soon to be dads, or are these not your first kids?  I am starting to get back to where I can brew every couple weeks again, but man, I have had to buy too much commercial beer lately as I am pretty much out of HB.  My baby girl is now 3 months old, and as much fun as it is, it does take some time away...not to forget I have my drinking partner back, so the kegs go a bit quicker :o
*Tapped:
Peach/Raspberry Ale 4.5%/18IBU (6/6/10)
Golden Promise IPA (Keg #2) - 5.8%/73IBU (7/3/10)
Jason's Ball & Chain - 6.4%/63IBU (7/17/10)
All His Merry Men - 4.9%/23IBU (8/1/10)
Citra Amber Ale - 4.8%/23IBU (8/1/10)

Second one for me.  My son is two and a half.  After the brew this weekend I'll have six 5 gallon batches in the basement at various stages so that should keep me for awhile until I get the chance to brew again.
