Recruitment into the Homebrew Industry

Imake (www.imake.pro) are the company behind global homebrew brands Grainfather (www.grainfather.com), Mangrove Jacks (www.Mangrovejacks.com), Still Spirits (www.stillspirits.com) and Mad Millie. 

We are in the very early stages of looking for a passionate homebrewer to fill the role of Sales Manager  – North America and we wanted to see if any of you have what it takes and are interested in working in an industry you are passionate about.

What we know so far:
POSITION PURPOSE:

•   Grow sales and brand presence of all Imake products in USA and Canada.
•   Manage the relationship between Imake and distributors on a day to day basis.
•   Communicate by phone and email with existing and potential North American retailers.
•   Assist with end user problems.
•   Work closely with New Zealand Head office to feedback opportunities and risks.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Homebrewing, distilling and winemaking and a passion to pass this on to others.

Ideally 3 years + experience from a sales background and great relationship building skills.
Good organisational and project management skills

Able to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format. Able to write reports, business correspondence and clear briefs relating to design activities.

Good presentation skills.

The candidate will have to work from home but be expected to regularly travel around North America to work with our distributors and other key retailers.

Once a year trip to the Imake HQ in Auckland, New Zealand would also be expected.

A drive to hit targets and identify opportunities a must.
