Heres a good one for ya! Back in the 90's there was a brewery in Chambersburg, PA named Arrowhead Brewing Co, they brewed several beers that were widely available including Red Feather Pale Ale and a lesser known Light Feather Golden Ale. I am trying to find a recipe close to what Light Feather Golden Ale tasted like, if anyone remembers it. I have yet to taste another golden ale like theirs, it had a certain kind of wheat taste to it, not biscuity though and not like a weizen or anything... hard to describe. If anyone has a recipe that they think may come close to Light Feather I would love to brew it! Thanks.
