New here!
« on: February 10, 2017, 08:17:31 PM »
Hi everyone,

I'm new here and new to home brewing. I've completed 7 homemade beers from kits and I typically do partial mashes. I've made a triple, saison dark Belgian ale, cream ale, kolsch, coffee stout and some German beer I can't remember the name too. I'm looking forward to all the knowledge many of you will have and to participate!

-Joey

That's a pretty eclectic mix of styles for a beginner. You must have an inquiring mind/palate in which case you've landed in the right spot. The folks here are a priceless resource of information. Don't hesitate to ask questions and post your successes and ...mmm, not so successes. There's no failures in homebrewing, just interesting learning opportunities. Cheers!

I just brewed an Irish Red Ale and it's currently fermenting and I plan to do a bourbon barrel porter in the next few weeks.
