Anyone used Skagit Valley Malting grain?

Yes, I have used the copeland for an IPA and another but I can't remember the grain. Both beers turned out great and they were a local grain which is a plus for me

Thanks for the reply. I live in Washington, and am excited to try a local ingredient. Is there a grain you might compare the Copeland to?
