I got a batch of belgian ale sitting for about 4 mouths with brett yeast and I was woundering if it would be possible to reuse the yeast? Could I just throw my new wort into the fermenter? Or maybe make a starter with what left in the fermenter?

There's no reason why you can't reuse the yeast, go for it!
