I wound up making Martin's Bru'n  Dry Irish Stout. Turned out very well, here's a pic of my first pour, 23 days grain to glass including bottle conditioning, may be a bit young still, but wanted to see how close it was to be ready for today. Brewed February 15, pic is from last Friday.

In keg: Nothing (Double UGH!)
In the works:  House IPA, Dark Mild, Ballantine Ale clone(still trying to work this one into the schedule)

30 IBU from Challenger
Wy1084
Adjust final if needed to 4.2

This is very close to the recipe I like best.  The only difference is that I use a combo of Galena and Cluster hops instead of Challenger.
