Before I break something how do I get the hose off?

At the top of the tower is the cap that can be pulled or gently pried off, revealing where the beer line attaches to the faucet barb via a clamp. Loosen the clamp and you can swap new hose. But you'll likely need to loosen the nut that snugs the faucet into place first, to rotate the faucet so you can change the beer line easier. Good luck!

That's what I suspected! Thank you. Clean hosing on my keg now.
