Oregon brew lab
« on: May 30, 2017, 03:16:53 pm »
For those who are interested in correlating their calculations with lab results, I highly recommend Oregon brew lab.   I heard about Dana and her lab on one of Denny's podcasts and sent my samples (IPA and Porter) in last wed for ABV, IBU etc.   I had previously used another lab and it took three weeks to get results. She got me my results in one week and it probably would've been sooner had it not been a holiday weekend. Her website and payment methods are easy and her reports are nice and professional.   I will definitely use her again. Cheers.
I am a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it.

Dana is a beer goddess.  She has lab smarts and pro experience.  She's passionate about her work and beer.  Highly recommended!

Many of us would be on a strict liquid diet if it weren't for pretzels.
