3D Printed Corona Mill Cover/Spout
« on: May 20, 2017, 08:37:13 am »
I finally got tired of my corona mill spewing grains every which way, and I wasn't fortunate (Or smart enough) to buy one with a cover. So, I made my own! I printed this out of PLA on a Lulzbot Taz 5.

Here it's printing some support structure and the cover for the mill. After about 19 hours...

The print is finished, and I took a chisel to the support structure:

I needed to make some cutouts for part of the mill, but it's fitted up and working great!

Thanks for the feedback, I uploaded the design onto the Thingiverse. I modified it a bit so you don't have to cut out notches for the bracket on the mill. Let me know if there are any issues with downloading or printing.
