Quick ferement to FG, wait to crash?

I made Denny and Drews Amarillo Saison last Saturday. OG was low, 1.033, so I pitched 3711 without a starter. Bubbled away nicely for the first 5 days, no action for the last two. Gravity was 1.004 today. Any reason I shouldn't crash it now and keg?

Most of the time I'd say check the gravity a few days in a row and see if there is any change, but with that low OG you are probably done. So, go ahead and crash-n-keg.
