Hey Everyone, I am a home brewer out of Orange County, CA. I have been brewing for the last 7 years or so. Like many, I started brewing extract, fell in love with the hobby and then moved to all grain. I have slowly been evolving my brewing rig over the years.

I enjoy just about everything beer related, from drinking it, to designing recipes, brewing with my friends, working on ways to boost my efficiency, making improvements to the rig, testing new gear to making beer tap handles.
I brew on a single tier home brewing system that runs on propane and electricity (for mash temp stability). I have 3 Blichmann 20 gallon kettles and a few different SS BrewTech fermenters. Right now I have a coffee milk stout in the fermenter and hope to be enjoying it in a week or so! Here are some images of my current setup:
