My standard dutch oven breakfast while camping is to make up some bisquick batter, pour into the greased dutch oven, add 4-6 beaten eggs, add your choice of chopped veggies (I like red bell peppers, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms), then finish with 1-2 types of grated cheeses (like extra sharp and jack). Put the lid on top, stick it in the coals, and add some coals on top. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Makes a quichey-sort of thing.
