Just search 12v solar pump. They are everywhere.

Not a thing to wire. Just plug it into a 110v socket. It's got its own step down transformer, like a phone charger. When I built my control panel, I built it with this pump in mind so each of my keggles has a dedicated 110v socket on a toggle switch
