I've had 2 drain, but never 4. I never even tasted that Kolsch. S**t happens!  My ferment freezer just quit in the middle of what was to be brew week. Time to filler up

That happen to me as well about 2 years ago.  I taped off the area on the frig and used chalkboard paint.  Problem solved.

Great idea! I got the new fridge converted over and a batch of cider and beer in fermenters. I think I will steal your idea so I don't somehow have to deal with this nonsense again. I know there is whiteboard paint too so I may go that route.
On Tap/Bottled: IPL, Adjunct Vienna, Golden Stout, Honey Lager
Fermenting: IPA
Up Next: mexi lager, Germerican pale ale

FWIW I switched to the chalkboard tap handles and like them pretty well.
