Here are some photos for you guys to use for memes about the Yeast you have never seen, and with a recipe that works perfectly for tons of other people but that you guys don't think will work this time just because you feel like it. And make it funny.

I think the yeast will work fine. I just think it's risky to invest in a brick without solid user reviews.

That's good. Just another reason to start with 10 barrel batches instead.
On Tap/Bottled: IPL, Adjunct Vienna, Golden Stout, Honey Lager
Fermenting: IPA
Up Next: mexi lager, Germerican pale ale

And btw, with the Bananas, I am basically just doing the same thing that can be found here:
https://vinepair.com/wine-blog/inside-the-mysterious-world-of-banana-beer-a-true-moonshine/

I am just going to be using a better, more ester-y, Yeast. Then I am going to also use the Amylase Enzyme. So the Cider/Sparkling Cider and the Banana Beer/Wine/Champagne are all going to be fine. It's not like I am just randomly throwing a bunch of Bananas in a bucket and no one has ever done it before. People do it all the time without the Amylase Enzyme and it comes out fine. Not just a bunch of mush or something.

And you are literally judging a Yeast you have never seen or used or seen anyone use. Based on some kind of random animosity that seems to be based on some personal problem that you are bringing emotionionally to this thread.

Isn't that exactly what you're doing?
