I expected this to be similar to "century club" or "hour of power" and involve drinking a gallon a day for 30 days.

Fail already here. If I could get 2 brew days in a month I'd be happy

30 days?  No problem.  When our school year finished up this year, I brewed 7x 5 gallon batches in 5 days....... Had a lot of empty fermenters and some catching up to do :o

This makes me think I need to up the challenge - 30 gallons in 1 day. (20 gallons on my main rig, 8 gallons on a grainfather, 2.5 on a zymatic)

I brewed 50 gallons in a 6 week period from late February to early April, but this time of year it is just too freakin' hot to brew outside.  My Independence Day brew session about killed me.

You need a Zymatic or Grainfather.

Man, I wish. Technically I have 5 1/2 this month. But I suspect at best I might get one more brewday in. 30? Not gonna happen for me.

I think I could with a bit more warning, but I only have 15 gallons of keg space. Working on building my bottle collection back up, and fermenters only hold 6 gallons. I don't know if you could convince me to try and bottle the last 9 gallons...

That would totally contradict with my inner cheap fink.

In the dead of winter I will occasionally brew 2 10-gallon batches back to back on one day using a three keggle system.  Start to finish it would be about 8 to 9 hours, if I had everything synchronized and the styles and processes were meshed well. A counter flow chiller was the key. I haven't tried it since going single vessel BIAB earlier this year...

I second this. I have a Grainfather, and it's one of the best things I've ever purchased.
