Refrigerated before carbonation
« on: July 11, 2017, 10:03:00 am »
Without thinking I bottled my beer and put into the refrigerator. I skipped the room-temperature carbonation step.

One day later my mental fog cleared and I pulled the bottled beer out so it could carbonate.

I don't foresee any issues. I mean, the yeast just went dormant. Should be fine now.

Will refrigerating right from the bottling step and then removing from refrigerator affect the taste at all in the end?

You might want to invert each bottle to re-suspend the yeast.
