This month on July 27th Brewmaster Travis Herman of Scofflaw Brewing Co. is the featured speaker. From Westside, the West Coast IPA with an aroma of resinous/piney hops, to the juicy, more NEIPA style of Basement (and its POG variant), Scofflaw explodes both palates and minds with its fruitful, complex varieties of IPAs. Travis and his team definitely brew some of the most popular IPAs around. Travis will be talking about Hop Selection.
