Just finished brewing this Amber Ale. Any thoughts on the recipe?

Looks to me like it will be a nice rich amber color, and probably be quite delicious! Keep us updated.

I will post when I have it on tap. A little over 24 hors and vigorous fermentation. The OG sample had a slight bitterness with a good hint of spiciness, and a nice orange/amber color. Been a long time reader of the forum but just joined to get feed back. Looking forward to future posts. Slowly but surely expanding the brew set up, waiting on 2nd 10 gallon pot and with the 8 gallon I should be able to finally build a more permanent brew rig.
