If I were to design and build bluetooth enabled controllers for brew kettles with pump controls etc, would that be something the majority of brewers might be interested in?

I would be much more interested in a temp controller for my fermentation chamber that could be viewed/adjusted via wi/fi, perhaps with an app? (for phone or tablet).
While this would not be a major enhancement (perhaps even a bit over the top) it would be, I think slightly handy to be able to remotely monitor fermentation temps.
