Today I'm dry-hopping my Sorta Denny's Rye IPA (don't ask, many user errors). Don't know if this weekend portends any brewing... wouldn't mind a brew afternoon on the deck, if it's not 50 degrees, but I may wait a week.

An oak aged oatmeal stout from the June 2009 Issue of Zymurgy, and a Tasty APA.  Hopefully.

After work today, I'm brewing a belgian brown (w/ belgian strong 1388) which will then be innoculated with roselare (and probably a few bottle cultures) then dosed with port-infused oak and aging a long time.  Can't wait to try it in 3 years...

Ten gallons, split batch.

Willamette at 10 minute

ESB(ish)
Wyeast 1335
Willamette dry hop

wow, one of my smoothest brew sessions to date.  started at 4:30, was in bed by 9:30, watched a movie and got 4 loads of laundry done.  my wife was impressed!

I bottled a batch of Skotrat's Traquair House clone on Thursday. The bit left over in the bucket tasted out of this world good.

I'm about to bottle an English Pale that had elderflowers added at 10 minutes left in the boil. I'm not sure how it will taste but my wife likes elderflowers.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

Making something strong ~10%.  A DIPA with some Rye & 19 oz of hops (10 gallons).

I hope that's not including the dry-hops.....    ;)
You were right Mikey. It looked a little light when I started measuring out the hops so I added a 5 minute charge. Thanks for the input!!!  ;)  With 22 1/2 oz of hops I think I'll call this one Cat Got Yo Tongue.  ;D

5 Minute
1 oz. Amarillo (8% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (5.4% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (11.5% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. CTZ (14% AA, 10 min.)
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

Sniffing airlocks this weekend.

I need to bottle my RIS.

I would wait on the RIS Ron.  It really hasn't been on oak all that long and I think it may fade rather quickly if you bottle too soon.  JMO.  Finally brewed Waiting for Columbus IPA today.  One fermenter is getting Denny's fave, the other S-05.  Got some chipotles drying as well.  House smells like mesquite.  ;D
