With fall coming I thought it would be fun to brew an Apple Ale like so many on the market these daze. Anyone have a tried and true recipe?

I am considering something like this: https://www.greatfermentations.com/apple-ale-recipe/

Here's mine.  I no longer use smoked malt but it's tasty either way.

Thank you!  Looks tasty.

Have you noticed sulfur being produced by the yeast with the cider?

Yes, you will experience some sulfur.  Not to worry though, it fades after a week or two.
