Does anyone know if they are still open and doing business?

I've ordered from these guys a few times in the past without any issues, however this time I never received my shipment.  It's been three weeks since ordering and two weeks since I got a "shipped" status update from them.  Any attempts to get in contact with them have failed: emails and phone calls.

I know they've got a brewpub (Three Mugs) and have been making some adjustments to their homebrewing business, but the complete lack of correspondence has me concerned.
