I love Ekuanot and it's been a staple in my "juicy" IPA style (ala Trillium, not the lactose/milkshake bombs) for a few years. It pairs well with Citra, and any citrus fruit forward American hop, really. I have a beer on tap now where I used a bunch of the cryo Ekuanot I got at the Homebrew conference YCH booth in an New England IPA along with Columbus and Mosaic. Columbus is a great hop to provide a little backbone to any fruity hops in my opinion.
For 5 gallons, the hop schedule was:
0.25 oz Columbus, 60 min
1.75 oz Columbus, whirlpool (180F)
3 oz Ekuanot, whirlpool (180F)
3 oz Ekuanot, dry (day 3, primary fermentation)
3 oz Mosaic, dry (day 3, primary fermentation)
2 oz Columbus, dry (day 3, primary fermentation)
