I found two American Tap Company Peerless Purifiers in my attic and was trying to find some additional information on what they were used for, as well as if there was a viable use for them to day.

I asked the prior owner if he knew what they were for and he indicated he thought they were used to make beer/alcohol during the prohibition years....so very curious to lean more about them if anyone has any pointers.
