Short story shorter: don't keep your beer around too long, and you probably won't see "beer floaties".

I always hold especially Belgian beers up to the light before I buy them. Floaters are almost always a sign that the beer's best days are behind it and flavor is diminished IMO (even most aged ones).

I had a Delerium like that once. Cant really hold those up to the light. I wouldnt of bought it if i could see floaties.
