I'm making an all grain 5 gallon clone recipe. If the recipe calls for x amount of hops and I want to double the recipe, do I double the hops also?  :-\

Yes you would.  You should also account for the AA of your hops and make adjustments so that you still target the desired clone IBU level.  Hope this helps.

Alpha acids = bitterness "IBU" depending on when you add them during the boil will determine the amount of biterness or aroma you get from each addition.

What ya brewing?

Have a good brew day.
