MILKSHAKE NEIPA

I have recently fallen in love with milkshake style ipas.
Anyone have a good partial mash recipe for one? Fruit or not. Either way.

That seems kind of interesting. I like the addition of hibiscus, seems like that might help balance the sweetness. Seems like a good chance to brew a 3 gallon batch.
