New Orleans - November 6-8

I'll be in New Orleans for a few days in November. Staying in the French Quarter.

Anything to drink there? Haha

I think you will find a fairly recent thread on this in the beer travel section. 
It's a short walk to The Avenue, a great beer bar, from the Quarter or you can take the streetcar.  Crescent City Brewing has OK beer.  NOLA Brewing is not really walking distance, but worth an uber ride.

Most of the information in that thread is still current. Brieux Carre is open now (opened 4/1/17). Sonny isn't with Gordon Biersch anymore, but the new guy learned from him, so the beers are still pretty solid. Unfortunately, I'm on call next week, so probably can't make it anywhere to meet up.
